They responded to fix my leaking toilet within an hour! That kind of response is unheard of nowadays. The plumber was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately. A specialty part was required and he called around, found the part, picked it up and had my leaking toilet fixed within half an hour

Lan Weishaupt was my technician from Inspector Plumber he did an awesome job. I had issues with my hot water heater, and they said it needed to be replaced. So I wanted a tankless water heater. He answered all my questions and got it installed the same day he had other guys that came and helped out, and they were also polite and friendly, they were all approved by my puppy and she got to greet them all she was happy. They also did an outside sewer issue for me in the summer they are always friendly and efficient, I have hot water again and love my new thankless heater. I hope I have no more issues, but if I do, I will call them again. Thank you, Inspector Plumber and your staff.

I think the plumber's name was Tanner, he was friendly, polite, efficient, answered questions about other plumbing issues and fixed one of them while also getting my toilet replaced in that same appointment. He also was able to show me costs on his tablet to help me decide before doing the work. Highly recommend.

Very professional service. I would recommend and use them again without hesitation. I had them come out in the fall of 2021 for a line backing up in the basement that was tied to the washer. They arrived the same afternoon I called. Although, they couldn't locate my outside cleanout, they ended up snaking every line under the basement floor in an attempt to get up and out to the roots causing issues outside. They were successful and stuck to making it happen within 1 hr. to avoid more charges. A few weeks later, the water backed up again. They came back out free of charge (per their policy). The outside cleanout was located this time and I have been problem free since. No one wants to pay for a plumber, but all in all their prices are reasonable and they really strive to get service done within the first hour. Their employees are clean cut and all the staff is friendly. I also noted that they take extra little steps like wearing shoe coverings and even slip them over the equipment coming inside your home. My service man even tried to clean up the basement floor after his intense struggle fighting the snake and clog for a full hour . . . I told him to not worry about it, as I would just mop everything when he left, I was that appreciative. For those with in-home plumbing warranties, this company may not be on their list of providers, but you can request them and I recommend you do.

We have used Inspector Plumber for multiple jobs now. They have consistently provided quality repairs and arrived on time with clear and responsive communication from the office. Before they do the work, they also do a very good job of explaining how and why the price could go beyond the initial quote if they run into issues. So far, they have always come in on the lower end of our quotes but I would completely trust it was unavoidable if it ever ended up on the higher end. Plumbing work isn’t usually cheap, planned, or fun to deal with so it’s great to have clear communication and someone to take the time to give you the full scope of what you’re dealing with.

Main water line broke coming into the house. We originally called Tiger Plumbing and they wanted to jack hammer up our concrete porch. We said no, so they suggested we call Inspector Plumber. Inspector Plumber was out within the hour and began the job immediately - even though it was late afternoon. The next morning they excavated a hole in the front yard and were able to pull out the broken main water line and replace it. The job was done by noon. They cleaned everything up and tried to make it look like it did before the incident. We were very impressed and our porch was not even touched. We paid as much as we expected it would cost. Tiger either did not know what they were doing or they tried to scam us. Either way, we are so glad they suggested we call Inspector Plumber. We will only use Inspector Plumber for our plumbing needs from now on.
